  10. FWKCS is the premier system for automatically recognizing duplicate files
  11. and duplicate zipfiles, independent of filename.  It is used on major
  12. electronic bulletin board systems; quality control is backed by more than
  13. 3,000,000 node_hours on giant systems, through which have passed copies of
  14. a large fraction of all the different shareware zipfile products that our
  15. civilization has seen.

  17. The FWKLZ202.ZIP package brings to you a simple, user_friendly way to look
  18. up material on BBS's which are running FWKCS Version 2.00 or later.
